The Teller creates a remarkable experience consistent with our brand personality, core values, service promises, mission, and vision with all internal and external relationships. Perform a wide range of transactional duties to serve members by receiving or paying out funds with high accuracy. Maintain accurate transactional records. Provide a variety of member savings, share draft/checking, and credit account transactions. Assist the loan department with intake of loan applications. Perform administrative functions to support the Operations Department. Make referrals to the appropriate credit union department or team member with the intention of increasing the credit union Core Membership.
The Dispute Intake Representative creates a remarkable experience consistent with our brand personality, core values, service promises, mission, and vision with all internal and external relationships. Responsible for initiating disputes, capturing all elements as required by regulations and as governed by department procedures; researching member transactions and all associated details, collect required documentation, with the goal of preventing losses to the member and the credit union.
