The Loan Administrator II creates a remarkable experience consistent with our brand personality, core values, service promises, mission, and vision with all internal and external relationships. Responsible for problem solving, researching, identifying issues, and providing solutions to staff, members, and outside organizations. Responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate auditing of consumer loans and securing of collateral. Responsible for the timely and accurate release of liens according to the Nevada Revised Statutes. Eliminate vendor/member fraud by ensuring proper and thorough verification is completed on all loan packages according to company and regulatory policies and guidelines. Must be able to coordinate multiple tasks, prioritize workflows, and meet deadlines while maintaining professional and friendly communications.
