August Achieve My Dream Sweepstakes Promotion Rules
Great Basin Federal Credit Union (“GBFCU”) is holding an Achieve My Dream promotion. The promotion begins August 1, 2023 and ends August 31, 2023; only Achieve My Dream accounts that are opened within the promo period will be counted. If you already have an Achieve My Dream Certificate, making a deposit of $25 or greater into it within the promo period will earn you one (1) entry.
You can enter the contest by having an opened GBFCU Achieve My Dream on your youth account with a balance greater than $250 by end of promotion period or by making a deposit of at least $25 into an existing Achieve My Dream Certificate within the promo period. Employees, volunteers of Great Basin Federal Credit Union, and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.
You are not required to make any purchase or maintain any account or loan relationship. The promotion is subject to these Rules:
If you do not have a GBFCU account or Achieve My Dream Certificate, you may enter by mailing a 3” by 5” handwritten card that says “Achieve My Dream Promo” to GBFCU. The address for the entry is Great Basin Federal Credit Union, Attn: Marketing, 9770 S. Virginia St., Reno, NV 89511. The mailed entry must be received by GBFCU before the end of the promotion. Sorry, no mechanical or electronic reproductions. Only one written entry may be made by any person. If an entry form is drawn, is incomplete, or judges are unable to determine the winner because of illegible writing, that entry form will be disqualified. Entries become the property of the Credit Union and will not be returned. Making a purchase will not improve an individual’s chances of winning.
Winner will receive a direct deposit of $250.00 into their Achieve My Dream certificate; if no account opened, a check will be mailed. Only one prize will be awarded to any one person. The winner will be notified by the end of September 2023.
Winner must also agree to the use of his or her name, photograph, quotations and likeness by Great Basin Federal Credit Union without further compensation for promotional and publicity activities. Failure of Winner to claim a Prize, or agree to the use of his or her name, photograph, quotations and likeness within fourteen (14) days of notification shall cause a forfeiture of the Prize and a redrawing for a new Winner.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that Great Basin Federal Credit Union and its officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives shall have no liability whatsoever to the entrant or others for injuries, losses or damages of any kind, or nature arising out of or resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, or use of the Prize. Decisions made by GBFCU about the promotion will be final. GBFCU estimates the per entry odds of winning at 1:22,370 for winning the $250 prize.
