All Great Basin Branches Reopen Wednesday
We’re grateful to share that all Great Basin Federal Credit Union branches will resume normal operations beginning Wednesday, August 26.
Our North Valleys and Northwest Reno branches will reopen their lobbies and drive-throughs, and video teller services will once again be available at all locations.
Over the past several days, many members, employees, families, and neighbors have been impacted by the Hawk Fire. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the first responders, emergency personnel, and community partners who have worked tirelessly to protect our region.
We are also incredibly grateful for the patience, understanding, and support shown by our members while temporary operational adjustments were necessary.
All Great Basin locations will return to their regular business hours beginning Wednesday. Members may continue to access services through Online Banking, Mobile Banking, ATMs, Drive-ups, Live Chat, and our Contact Center.
As our community continues to recover, our thoughts remain with everyone affected by the fire.
