You asked, we listened! We are excited to announce that we have enhanced our Telephone Teller system. 

Our old system was outdated and no longer supported. This upgrade ensures there will be no interruption in the service. The same functionality and banking options will be available to you on this new version of Telephone Teller, just a different sound and updated menu options.

If you have used Telephone Teller since May 1st, 2019 then you will need your member number and current access code for the new Telephone Teller system. If you have not used Telephone Teller since May 1st, 2019 then you will need to re-enroll. Simply call in and follow the prompts!

  • 3. Transfer or Make a Payment
  • 4. Card Services
  • 5. Stop Payment
  • 6. Share or Loan Withdrawal
  • 7. Future Dated Transactions
  • 8. More Options
