Saturdays 
9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

You can also still utilize the following full-service channels to complete your transactions:

We want to ensure that you will still receive top-quality service. We have added staff dedicated to answering phones, working drive thru lanes, responding to online chat and email inquiries, and being available to answer your questions at this time.

New loans and account opening can be done online during this time; the entire process can be completed from the comfort of your home! We are here for you.

In addition, we are offering simple relief solutions to relieve some financial burden:

  • Emergency Relief Skip a Pay – You have the ability to skip up to TWO payments per eligible loan*. This will be in addition to our regular service that allows for one skipped payment per year, so if you have skipped a payment within the last 12 months, you can still skip up to two more payments with no fee.   • We will waive late fees on March and April loan payments.
  • Early closure fees on share certificates will be waived until further notice.
