Great Basin FCU pays 100% of the premiums for employees and employer contributions toward premiums for dependents are adjusted based on tenure.
At Great Basin FCU you have the opportunity to enroll in voluntary insurance plans. These payroll deduction plans are optional and at the employee’s expense. Coverages include short term disability, cancer insurance, accident insurance, critical illness insurance and much more.
Great Basin FCU offers employer paid life insurance coverage of $30,000 or 1x your annual salary.
Great Basin Federal Credit union offers all eligible employees a chance to save for retirement through our 401k plan with pre-tax or Roth after-tax contributions with a 5% employer match. Employees are able to choose from various investment options and roll over any eligible funds from a previous employer.
