We’re currently experiencing difficulties with members using the mobile check deposit feature within their mobile banking app. It’s not real convenient when our convenience services are down. And we apologize.
If you have been using the feature and are having no issues, that is great news! If you have already experienced the issue or experience it in the near future, we’d love it if you could report the details that may help our mobile deposit provider troubleshoot. You can call us or send us a secure message in Online Banking with the error message you received, account number, time/date you tried, type of phone, and version of your phone’s operating system. You could be the hero!
For other ways to deposit your checks during this time, find a deposit-accepting ATM near you, find a shared branch near you, visit any of our three branches during business hours, send it via mail, or use the night-drop slots at any of our branches after hours.
