Traveling?
Planning to travel and use your Visa Debit or Credit Card? Let us know where you’re going and the dates you’ll be traveling. Then, we can notify you of any current blocks in high-fraud areas of the country or abroad. It’ll also help us from misinterpreting your travel related charges as fraudulent. When you purchase a pizza in Italy or some sunscreen in California, we’ll know that it really is you. And we’ll be jealous. Have a great trip!
Travel Notification
Log into Online Banking on your desktop computer, or via your Mobile App and access Card Management. Select “Set Travel Notice” and input your destination(s) and travel dates.
If you do not have Online or Mobile Banking, sign up here, or please Live Chat or call us during business hours.
To report fraud, use the Report Lost/Stolen option on the main Card Management screen; you can also choose to have a replacement card sent to you. Turning off your card in Card Management only prevents the card from being used as long as it is turned off. If you cannot log into Online Banking or your Mobile App, please call 775-333-4228 or chat with us Live to report a card lost/stolen.
