VISA® Gift Cards

Prepaid Gift Cards

A Visa Gift Card is the perfect gift for anyone for any occasion! It will help take the stress and guesswork out of gift-giving. Reloadable cards are convenient and can be used creatively to set up your spending preferences. Both Pre-Paid Visa Gift Cards and Reloadable Visa Cards can be purchased by members at any Great Basin Federal Credit Union location.

Visa Gift Cards

  • Minimum load limit is $10.00
  • Maximum load limit is $1,000.00
  • One-time $3.00 fee
  • $2.95 inactivity fee is charged after the 13th month of no activity
  • Cannot be used outside of the U.S.
  • Cannot be used for a cash advance or at an ATM for a cash withdrawal – if an ATM attempt is made, the card will be frozen until you contact the credit union
  • Funds can be insured by registering the card online at the time of purchase

Visa Reloadable Cards

  • Minimum load limit is $20.00
  • Maximum load limit $3,000.00
  • $2.50 fee each time you load at the credit union
  • Monthly maintenance fee of $3.00 if you do not set your card up to receive direct deposit
  • Direct deposit can be set up through the phone number on the back of the re-loadable card
  • Reloads can also be done at any Western Union – fees may apply up to $4.95
  • Can be used at ATMs – PIN can be requested by calling the number on the back of the card
  • ATM Fee – $1.50. Balance inquiry at ATM – $0.50
  • Cash advance fee – $5.00
  • Cannot be used outside of the U.S.
