NIGHT-DROP SLOTS
Drop your loan payment check in our night drop slots at the Northwest Branch, Main Branch, or Sparks Crossing Branch.
TRADITIONAL MAIL
Mail loan payment checks to 9770 S. Virginia St., Reno, NV 89511. Please be sure to include your name, account number and loan suffix or description.
ONLINE BANKING
Use our secure Online Banking service at www.greatbasin.org to transfer your loan payment from your checking or savings account. If you do not have an online banking user ID and password, please call 775.333.4228 during business hours to have one ordered and mailed to you or visit a branch to obtain one in person.
If you prefer to have automatic and recurring monthly payments sent to us from another financial institution please call us at 775.333.4228 during business hours and we can get the process started for you using "ACH Origination".
ONLINE PAYMENT SERVICE
Click on the "make a payment" link from the "loans" page at www.greatbasin.org to make a payment online using a credit card.*
TELEPHONE SERVICES
Call 775.333.4228 (select Option 1 after selecting your language preference) during business hours to have a member service representative transfer from your savings or checking or to pay using a credit card.*
MONEYGRAM
Click here to find a MoneyGram location near you or to transfer funds online within minutes. Please note our Moneygram institution ID is 2702.*
TELEPHONE TELLER
Call 775.333.4228 24/7 to transfer your loan payment from your checking or savings account via automated Telephone Teller. If you do not have a Telephone Teller access code, please call 775.333.4228 during business hours to have one ordered and mailed to you or visit a branch to obtain one in person.
