LOAN TYPES

Conventional Loans

These loans can be from the traditional 30-year Fixed Rate Mortgage to the Adjustable Rate Mortgage programs. Conventional loans can be used for purchasing a home, refinancing a home, or purchasing an investment property, a vacation home or a second home. You have the option of paying principal and interest or electing an interest only program. The maximum loan amount for Conventional Loans is established by Fannie Mae and changes annually.*

FHA Loans

FHA loans are great for those who do not have a lot of money to put down on their home or perfect credit. FHA loans can be used for purchases or refinances and offer great rates.

VA Loans

If you have earned benefits by being a veteran, you may be able to apply these toward a purchase or refinance of a home. You would need to provide your VA Benefits letter to qualify for this loan. This is a good program if you have limited funds for closing
