Do you charge for Online Banking?
No. There is no charge for using online banking. In fact, we highly encourage all members to use Online Banking as often as possible. You can check balances, make transfers/payments, set up automatic notifications to remind you of due dates or maturities, view processed checks, export to financial management software, and much more! Do you charge for Online Bill Pay?
No. Online Bill Pay is free of charge to all members. Pay your bills 24/7 from the convenience of any computer. Save money on stamps and envelopes! Plus, you can set up one-time or recurring payments to make life really easy!
Your monthly checking fee will be waived if you do one of the following: enroll in e-statements OR enroll in Direct Deposit OR maintain a Core Account status. Please see our fee schedule for details.

How can I make a wire transfer?
Please visit us at any of our three branches and we would be happy to assist you. All that you will need to bring in is the routing and account number for the person you are wiring money to, the address of the financial institution you are wiring money to, and the addresses of any intermediary financial institutions if you are sending money overseas.

How do I close my account?
In order to close your account at Great Basin FCU, we need you to come in to branch in person or send a letter with an authorized signature.

Can I make a loan payment with my credit card?
Yes! You can make a payment with your Visa or Mastercard by calling us at 775.333.4228 or by visiting us online at http://www.greatbasin.org// and clicking on the "Make a Payment" link under the "online tools" section. Please note that if you are paying by phone there is a $12 fee and if you are paying online there is a $10 fee.
