Since we are a community-chartered credit union, we are able to serve anyone who lives, works, worships, owns a business, or goes to school in Washoe County.

Do you charge for Online Banking?  

No.  There is no charge for using online banking.  In fact, we highly encourage all members to use Online Banking as often as possible.  You can check balances, make transfers/payments, set up automatic notifications to remind you of due dates or maturities, view processed checks, export to financial management software, and much more! Contact 775.333.4228 to sign up for an online banking login today.

Do you charge for Online Bill Pay?  

No.  Online Bill Pay is free of charge to all members.  Pay your bills 24/7 from the convenience of any computer.  Save money on stamps and envelopes!  Plus, you can set up one-time or recurring payments to make life really easy!

Do you offer free checking?

Your monthly checking fee will be waived if you do one of the following:  enroll in e-statements OR enroll in Direct Deposit OR maintain a Core Account status.  Please see our fee schedule for details.

What are your business hours?

Our hours of operation are 9:00-5:30 (M-Th), 9:00-6:00 on Friday and 9:-12:00 on Saturdays. Because we want to make sure we offer you the time and attention you deserve, we will take new account walk-ins until 4:30 (M-F); scheduled appointments are encouraged. On Saturday, new accounts will be taken by appointment only. Appointments are necessary for loan disclosures and can be scheduled up to one hour prior to closing (M-F). Can I make a loan payment with my credit card?

Yes! You can make a payment with a Visa or Mastercard cash advance by coming into any branch. You can also make a payment with your Visa or Mastercard by calling us at 775.333.4228 or by clicking here; please note that if you are paying by phone there is a $12 fee and if you are paying online there is a $10 fee.
