

How we hire
We currently outsource the preliminary computer testing and screening for our positions to a local staffing agency. We remain very involved in the process and make all the final decisions after conducting our own interviews. This helps save us time and additional staffing and allows both the potential employee and the company an initial period to determine whether we are a good match. Once hired onto our payroll, there is an immediate hiring bonus and a potential 90-day merit increase after that.
