Our committment to education
Great Basin Federal Credit Union has a very strong committment to training. We have a full-time training manager who continually develops new classes and programs while improving existing ones as well. Our initial training course for new employees is comprehensive and works hand-in-hand with a mentoring program designed to ensure that each individual is up to speed. In keeping with our overall committment to help each employee fulfill his or her potential, we offer ongoing training in regulations and operating standards as well as products and serivces.
We support further education for employees with our tuition-reimbursement program, and we offer a comprehensive career-path program for each department.
